Introduction
These Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (together, the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the
website, web applications, and related services offered under the brand “IntradayGain” (operated by Synqvest System LLP)
(“IntradayGain”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using intradaygain.com, creating an account, or using any of our features (including paper trading and
live trade automation), you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use our
services.
Important note: IntradayGain is a technology platform. We do not provide investment advice, stock tips,
research reports, or portfolio management. Trading and investing in securities are subject to market risk, including
possible loss of capital. Please consult your own financial, legal and tax advisors before making trading decisions.
This document is a general policy template and should be reviewed by your legal counsel for compliance with applicable
laws and regulations, including those of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
Use of Services
IntradayGain provides tools, dashboards and infrastructure to help traders plan, simulate and execute
rule-based intraday trades. Features may include, among other things, paper trading, risk guardrails,
broker integrations, and analytics around discipline and rule compliance.
Unless explicitly stated in writing:

We do not provide personalized investment advice, recommendations, research, tips, or portfolio
management services.
- We do not guarantee profit, returns, or performance of any trade, strategy, or signal.
Paper / Simulation Mode: In paper mode, trades are simulated for learning and testing. Results shown may
be based on delayed, indicative, or approximated data and are hypothetical in nature. Past simulated
performance does not represent future results.
Live Trading & Broker Integrations: For live trading, you may choose to connect your supported broker
account (e.g., Angel One and other integrated brokers) to IntradayGain. When you do so:

You remain fully responsible for all orders placed in your broker account, whether triggered automatically by your
rules or confirmed by you through the platform.
- Your broker’s own terms, charges, risk disclosures and rules continue to apply in addition to these terms.

IntradayGain does not execute trades itself; it only routes order instructions to your broker as per your configuration
and rules.
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and applicable laws and
regulations.
Accounts, Passwords & Security
To use certain features, you must create an IntradayGain account with accurate and up-to-date information (such as your
name, email address, and phone number). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must:
- Not share your password or OTP with any third party.

Notify us immediately at support@intradaygain.com if you suspect any
unauthorized access or use of your account.
- Comply with your broker’s security guidelines for broker login and 2FA/OTP flows.
Where broker credentials or tokens are needed for integration, we use secure methods and industry-standard practices to
protect them. We do not store your broker passwords in plain text. However, security on the internet can never be
guaranteed, and you accept the risk associated with online services.
Privacy & Data
We collect and process data to operate, secure and improve IntradayGain. This may include:
- Identity & contact data: such as name, email, phone number and basic profile details.

Usage data: such as pages visited, features used, settings, clickstream, device information, IP
address, and approximate location.

Trading-related metadata: such as strategy names, risk settings, trade logs, rule configuration and
analytics derived from your usage.

Broker integration data: limited tokens, IDs and account mappings required to connect with your broker
(actual funds and securities stay with the broker).
We use this information to:
- Provide and maintain the platform and its features.
- Operate paper and live trading flows as configured by you.
- Improve product performance, reliability and user experience through analytics.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- Comply with legal, regulatory and enforcement requests when required.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g.,
cloud hosting, payment processors, email/WhatsApp providers, analytics tools, and integrated brokers) strictly to deliver
the services and only under appropriate safeguards.
Retention: We retain personal and transactional data for as long as necessary to provide the services,
support security and compliance, resolve disputes, and meet legal/regulatory obligations.
Cookies & Tracking
IntradayGain uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage, pixels and analytics tags) to:
- Keep you logged in and manage sessions securely.
- Remember your preferences and settings.
- Understand how the platform is used so we can improve features and stability.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable some or all cookies, certain parts of the website or
app may not function properly.
Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will not:
- Use IntradayGain for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law or regulation (including securities and derivatives regulations).
- Attempt to circumvent risk checks, limits or controls implemented by IntradayGain or your broker.
- Access or attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest data or content from the platform (including via bots) except as expressly allowed.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from any part of the service, except where permitted by law.
- Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or engage in activities that could disrupt or overload our infrastructure.
- Misrepresent your identity or act on behalf of another person or entity without proper authorization.
We reserve the right to investigate violations and to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or breach this Agreement.
Refund Policy
Scope: This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees and paid plans purchased directly on
intradaygain.com or through officially authorized IntradayGain payment links.

Monthly plans: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, fees for the current
billing period are non-refundable, and your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

Quarterly / Yearly plans: Prepaid plans are generally non-refundable. In special cases, partial
prorated refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Synqvest System LLP. Administrative charges and discounts
already availed may be adjusted before any refund.

Trial or promotional offers: Fees charged under limited period or promotional pricing are not normally
refundable unless required by law.

Chargebacks and disputes: Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first
contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account until the issue is resolved.

Third-party purchases: If you purchase access via a reseller, marketplace, or third party, their refund
policy will apply and we may not be able to process refunds directly.

How to request: To request cancellation or discuss a possible refund, please email
support@intradaygain.com with your registered email address, payment
reference and reason.
Liability & Indemnification
Educational & informational nature: The tools, dashboards, analytics, and outputs provided by
IntradayGain are intended to support research, learning and systematic trading practices. IntradayGain does not act as a
SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst or portfolio manager.
You understand and agree that trading and investing in securities and derivatives involve substantial risk, including the
risk of loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, strategies, and use of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synqvest System LLP, its directors, employees, partners and affiliates will
not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including
loss of profits, loss of data, trading losses, or other losses arising out of or related to:
- Your use of or inability to use the services;
- Any decisions you make based on information, analytics, or tools provided by IntradayGain;
- Any interruptions, errors, delays, or inaccuracies in data or connectivity with brokers;
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synqvest System LLP and its affiliates from any claims, damages,
losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the
services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
Governing Law & Disputes
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of
law principles.
You agree that any disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or in connection with your use of IntradayGain or
this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in
New Delhi, India.
